Gas panel is the place where the cylinders are changed, etc. It can be considered the heart of the central gas system.
Linde has two types of manual gas panels: single and double. Single panels handle one cylinder or bundle at a time. When the cylinder/bundle is empty it has to be changed. Double panels handle two cylinders or bundles (or a combination) at a time. When the cylinder or bundle is empty, switchover has to be done manually.
REDLINE® Gas panels S 300
S 300 is a single gas panel with diaphragm pressure regulator, especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration of corrosive components. It is designed for single cylinders or bundle and can work up to 300 bar.
REDLINE® Gas panels S 203
S 203 is a panel designed for single cylinders or bundles with diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator, especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration of corrosive components. It is equipped with external gas purging to allow purging of the high pressure side before disconnecting cylinders. It is mounted on a stainless steel console and consists of a pressure regulator, inlet and outlet pressure gauges, a relief valve and shut-off valves for the process gas at high and low pressure ends and for the purging gas.
REDLINE® Gas panels D 300
D 300 is a double gas panel with diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator, especially suitable for noncorrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration of corrosive components. The gas supply is uninterrupted during cylinder changes. Switch-over is done manually. It is designed for single cylinders or bundle and can work up to 300 bar.
