Petrochemical processing

HiQ Specialty accredited calibration gases are a key requirement in many areas of the Petrochemical industry. Multi-component Hydrocarbon blends are used with on line/in line process analysers for process verification. Research grade gases, chemicals and calibration gas mixtures are used with quality control, laboratory analysers and pilot plant projects, while Accredited Natural Gas Standards are used in verifying LNG. X-ray fluorescence technique can be used to measure the sulphur content of crude oils and petroleum products, while the gas mixture of methane (10%) and argon, called P 10, is needed.
