Protocol Gas Verification Program is a US-EPA requirement for any gas supply company who wishes to produce and sell EPA protocol gases. The program allows for a blind audit of the manufacturer to ensure calibration standards are within required tolerances. To do this, product is purchased through a third party so the manufacturing company does not know it is being audited.
